The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare achieved three Guinness World Records™ titles under the “Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan (SNSPA)” — a nationwide campaign focusing on preventive, women-centric healthcare.
The campaign was conducted from 17th September to 2nd October 2025, aligning with Poshan Maah celebrations.
HIGHLIGHTS
Guinness World Records Achieved
- Most people to register for a health care platform in one month – 3.21 crore registrations.
 - Most people to sign up for breast cancer screening online in one week – 9.94 lakh participants.
 - Most people to sign up for vital signs screening online (state-level) in one week – 1.25 lakh participants.
 
Campaign Objectives
- Improve health and nutrition of women, adolescent girls, and children.
 - Promote early detection and access to essential health services.
 - Encourage family health awareness and lifestyle changes.
 - Reinforce the vision of “Healthy Woman, Empowered Family, Viksit Bharat.”
 
Scale and Participation
- 19.7 lakh health camps organized with 11 crore footfall nationwide.
 - Participation from 20+ Union Ministries, medical colleges, and private partners.
 - Active involvement of MPs, MLAs, and Panchayati Raj representatives ensured a Whole-of-Government and Whole-of-Society approach.
 - Community participation: 1.14 crore students, 94 lakh SHG members, 5 lakh community leaders.
 
Key Health Outcomes
- 1.78 crore hypertension and 1.73 crore diabetes screenings.
 - 69.5 lakh oral cancer and 62.6 lakh antenatal check-ups.
 - 1.43 crore vaccinations, 1.51 crore anaemia tests, 85.9 lakh TB screenings.
 - 2.68 lakh Nikshay Mitra registrations and 2.14 crore wellness sessions.
 
Significance
This achievement highlights India’s commitment to preventive healthcare, digital health innovation, and women’s empowerment — reinforcing PM Modi’s vision that “A healthy mother builds a healthy nation.”
