NEWS: Government notifies Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojna (BHAVYA) Scheme

• Nodal Ministryà Ministry of Commerce & Industry via DPIIT.
• To develop 100 investment-ready plug-and-play industrial parks in partnership with States, Central Public Sector Undertakings and private sector.
• Plug-and-play industrial parksà ready-to-use manufacturing sites offering pre-built infrastructure such as roads, power, water, and approvals, enabling immediate operational setup.
• Durationàfor six years (2026-27 to 2031-32) with an outlay of Rs 33,660 crore.
• Implementationà Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)à formed between National Industrial Corridor Developmentand Implementation Trust (NICDIT) under DPIIT and the state nodal agency.
